Methods of payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most major credit and debit cards.
For card payments over the telephone we will need the full name and postal address of the cardholder.
Please telephone us to process a card transaction.
We can also accept internet payments directly into our Bank account – or via Paypal.
Again, please call to arrange this.
Please contact us if you would like to pay by any other method.
Delivery/shipping
All inland parcels will be sent by either Royal Mail or a Carrier with full insurance cover and tracking facility and will need to be signed for on delivery.
Please let us know if you have any special requirements.
Overseas parcels will usually be sent by Fedex with full insurance and tracking facility. Tracking details will be forwarded to you by email. All postal and carrier charges will be at cost and there is no charge for packing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a refund as soon as the item is returned.
